Add Paula to a group text with your friends.
Say hi. She introduces herself and sends everyone the trip page link.
Talk like you normally would.
Every idea, date and to-do lands on the trip page as people say it, from the first "what about" to the booked flight.
Paula works in one of two modes. You pick one when you set up.
Keep notes
Paula records ideas, dates and to-dos on the trip page and runs polls, but never replies in the chat.
Plan with you
Paula also answers questions in the chat, suggests places, writes the itinerary, and finds flights and hotels when asked.
Don't like the name? The group can rename her any time, straight from the chat.
What Paula does
Settle it with a poll
Ask for a poll and she posts it. Everyone votes right in the chat, and the moment the last vote lands she calls the result and records the decision.
Ask her anything about the place
Where to eat, which neighbourhood to stay in, how to get in from the airport. She looks it up and answers in the thread, with a map link for each place.
Find things to do
A boat, a day trip, a class, a tour. Ask and she researches real options, each with a price and a link to book it, on the operator's site or on GetYourGuide or Viator.
Write the itinerary
Once the group lands on things, say what goes where. She keeps the itinerary on the trip page by day, with the places and bookings she found and the notes people add.
Real prices, in the thread
Ask for flights or hotels and get live fares and rates, each with a link to book.
Keep an eye on it
Say what to watch and when to tell the group. She checks once a day and only speaks up when it happens.
